This set of 2 Urban Legacy Deep Floating Shelves is hand crafted in Lancaster County, PA from genuine reclaimed barn wood. Our local Amish partners handcraft these beautiful shelves. Our Low Profile Brackets provide a floating shelf look, while allowing each shelf to support up to 100 lbs! Brackets must be mounted into studs. When this wood is reclaimed and made into this gorgeous set of shelves, all of its authentic beauty remains. We do not add to or take away from any of the natural distressing that has occurred from decades of use. You will see nail holes, screw holes, nails, discoloration, scratches, dents, and many other variations. Each of these markings is a glimpse into the history of your shelves. You may see holes from a mortis and tenon joint or other time honored wood joining technique. You may notice where a hinge or hook used to hang. No two pieces of wood are the same - that is what makes these shelves so special! They are one of a kind. They have a long story already, and when you bring them into your home, that story continues with you...

• Set of 2 Urban Legacy Reclaimed Barn Plank Deep Floating Shelves with Low Profile Brackets. Each shelf measures 48" x 11" x 2" (nominal thickness)
• Please be sure to look at all the available pictures to see the different variations of distressing and coloration that may occur. Every nail, nail hole, paint mark, divot, scrape and scratch are evidence of the decades of life this wood has experienced in the barns. We do not add to or take away from the naturally occurring beauty of the wood used to make these shelves. Distressing and color will vary depending on where the wood was used in the barns.
• Handmade by Amish Artisans from genuine reclaimed barn wood in Lancaster County, PA. Available in 24", 36" and 48" widths
• Shelf brackets must be mounted into wall studs and the studs predrilled. A 3/16" bit is recommended. [mounting hardware included]
• Please note: The coloring of these shelves is Natural. They are not stained or finished in any way. All coloring is naturally occurring from decades in a working barn. When shelves are cut to size, the ends may be lighter or a different color, as the inside of the shelf has not been exposed to the elements of the barn. • Urban Legacy Deep Floating Shelves can hold up to 100lbs per shelf (in addition to the weight of the shelf), when mounted properly into studs. Easy to follow mounting and installation instructions are included.
